I met Laura and her lovely new husband at the Alternative Wedding Fair in October last year. At the time she wasn't sure when she was going to get married, but had already started piecing together the perfect wedding in her head. She tried on the Holly design and instantly fell in love. I always knew that she'd come back and order the dress, it was just so perfect for her, but I thought it would be in a couple of year, not a few months! She was married in May this year, so the timings for her fittings fell exactly when Eden was due and with the short notice I was unable to offer her the full service that I usually give every bride. We came to an agreement and in the end Laura sent me her measurements to make the dress by - it arrived an it fit perfectly. This is a perfect example of how a dress can fit without ever coming to me for a fitting.
I love this colour combination, the Sage green sash is so perfect with the Ivory satin, and when combined with the pale green trimmed petticoat it is just a stunning look for her. I loved making this dress and receiving these amazing photos back from the fab photographer,
